Overrated Clinique All About Eyes

This is a somewhat thick eye cream that takes a while to absorb. The texture is very creamy and a little goes a long way. It’s not heavy on the skin but it’s a gel/ cream formula.
I also find it stings my eyes if I get any in there, so be warned. I wouldn’t say I have sensitive eyes but this really hurt. I actually had to wash my eyes out to stop the stinging.
Also under makeup my concealer looks patchy and uneven. I really have to wait for the product to be fully absorbed before I put makeup over the top which in the morning I do not have time for. I prefer using my Origins GinZing eye cream.
My hand looks darker because the picture was taken in direct sunlight. The cream leaves no tint to the skin, only a sheen while it’s drying.
As far as results, I don’t see an improvement with brightening, puffiness or dark circles. For me, this only moisturizes. To be honest it really doesn’t moisturize enough for me in the winter. I will not repurchase and do not recommenced.
